Traveling Notary Services
We are available for traveling notary assignments. The charge start at $55.00 trip and $15.00 per signature notarized.
Walk in services are available at 601 Van Ness Ave., Ste. J, San Francisco, CA 94102 by appointment only. You can contact Tony at 415/495-4221 or Romy at 415/495-2230. (Romy is fluent in English/Spanish/German.)
We also provide apostille services, and legalizations/consularizations of signatures at local consulates. We may also arrange for authentication with the US Department of State in Washington, DC. The fee for submitting to a consulate vary because of the waiting involved and the occasional requirement to drop off the documents and return to pick them up later.
When advanced fees are involved, we request prepayment with a credit card or PayPal.
The California Secretary of State charges a $6 over-the-counter fee, plus $20 per documents submitted, per person whose signature they are authenticating. We send the documents for apostille or certifications via FedEx, both ways, and have an associate submit the documents personally to the Notary Division of the Secretary of State. Usually, we have them back 2 business days later.
