E-Service Information

I know you are tempted to e-mail
me an urgent message or give me that statute filing electronically, right from the comfort of your desk and computer. I am not likely to see it moments after you send it, however, because I am not likely sitting at my computer, and if I am, I'm not hearing the little *dink* sound when new e-mail arrives because it's annoying and I disabled it. The best way to contact us is by calling 415/495-4221. Then we can decide on the best way to handle your request.

If you send an e-mail to me, it will arrive on my phone and I'll probably call you if it is urgent.  Otherwise, I usually check my e-mail in the evening, but sporadically during the day. Unless I know something is being sent, I may not check it for hours.

We receive documents, service requests, and assignment changes, (e.g., new address, cancellations, status requests, etc.) electronically.   Send documents for filing or service to this e-mail address: tony@attorneyserviceofsf.com.

Although we have DSL connections, waiting for the document to print, the ink and paper it generates on my end will be charged commensurate with the effort, cost, and impact on my day.  If this is a problem, send a messenger to my 667 Folsom Street address or Federal Express it to me to the 24th Street address. Do not send Federal Express to the Folsom address because I won't be there when they attempt delivery I'll have to go pick it up at the end of the day after the FedEx guy returns to the Distribution Center.

Traveling Notary Service

We are available for traveling notary assignments.  the charge start at $55.00 trip and $10.00 per signature notarized.
