I am Tony Klein and have been registered process server #21 in the City and County of San Francisco for more than 30 years. I started San Francisco Attorney Service in 1976, built the business that totaled 20+ employees and independent process servers in the late 1980s.
After the California Employment Development Department (EDD) had its way with me and my business, I closed the office at the end of 1990. In 1991 I opened this business, Attorney Service of San Francisco. In 1996 I wrote the book, The Registered Process Server's Guide to Service of Process in California and The Registered Process Server's Guide to Service of Writs. Both are available purchase from the Process Server Institute, a process serving school I started in 1996.
I have been a member of the California Association of Photocopiers and Process Servers since 1977, and currently serve as it's Forms Committee Chairman, Board Member and First Vice President. I was one of the founding members of the National Association of Professional Process Servers, and serve as the Chairman of the Standards and Best Practices Committee.
Enough about me.
